一眼认出
长枝和短枝同时发达，花生于短枝（结果枝）上。
外观
- 叶
- 叶的大小和形状变异很大，叶背有毛或无毛。
- 花
- 白色带淡粉色的五瓣花4~6朵簇生。中央的花先开。
- 果实
- 大而圆、坚实的果实，表面常有蜡层。颜色、味道和成熟期因品种而异。
- 树皮
- 灰色树皮，皮孔隆起。
生长环境
- 原产地
- 从中亚到阿富汗的地区。
- 生态
- 需冷量因品种而异，多数品种在有花期重叠的其他品种或物种的花粉时产量较好。
