Hwaeom Plum Tree of Hwaeomsa Temple, Gurye

구례 화엄사 화엄매

The red-blossom tree is 8.2 m tall with a trunk circumference of 1.6 m, large for a Japanese apricot. Its red flowers and its winding, up-and-down branches blend with Gakhwangjeon Hall of Hwaeomsa.
